Katarzyna Jankowska
Katarzyna Jankowska is an experienced consultant and headhunter, serving as a Partner at ASSAP Executive Search. Since 2013, she has specialized in executive recruitment for key leadership roles in both the Polish and French markets. She brings over 20 years of experience in sales management, customer service processes, and business development across international markets.
Katarzyna advises companies on human capital management and identifying competencies for roles requiring advanced managerial and specialist expertise. Her core focus includes recruitment for leadership positions in the financial, commercial, and executive management sectors.
She holds a degree in Sociology and Cultural Anthropology from the University of Warsaw, as well as a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources Management from SWPS University. She is certified in Extended Tools assessments: DISC and FinxS Sales Assessment.
Wojciech Gąsiorowski
Wojciech Gąsiorowski is a seasoned expert in logistics services and executive search, active in the field since 1994. He has gained extensive experience working for renowned international and Polish logistics and retail companies such as Jahr Verlag, Makro Cash & Carry, FM Logistic, Odratrans, and PEKAES. Over the years, he has participated in logistics projects for leading firms including Auchan, Benckiser, Cadbury Wedel, Carrefour, Danone, IKEA, Kellogg’s, Kodak, Tetley, Procter & Gamble, and Wasa Barilla.
He specializes in executive recruitment, with a strong emphasis on logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, and retail sectors. Wojciech is the founder and organizer of the annual Logistics Practitioners Forum and a member of the Pro-Logistyka Association.
He graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and has completed numerous courses in management, sales, and HR, organized by Krauthammer International and SHL.
Monika Gąsiorowska
Monika Gąsiorowska is an experienced HR professional specializing in executive recruitment for the TSL (Transport, Shipping, Logistics), FMCG, and retail sectors. She has developed her expertise in human resources through roles at companies such as FM Logistic, Deloitte & Touche, Knauf Pack, and Remondis.
She has led numerous HR consulting projects and conducted recruitment processes for expert and managerial roles in both Polish and international organizations.
Monika holds a degree from the University of Łódź and completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management at the Higher School of Personnel Management in Warsaw. She has also completed numerous training programs in labor law and social psychology.
She is a certified AC/DC assessor, having completed her certification at Kozminski University.
