Wojciech Gąsiorowski has been professionally involved in the logistics services and personnel consulting market since 1994. He gained his professional experience in recognized international and Polish logistics and trading companies. He worked at the top management positions at Jahr Verlag, Makro Cash & Carry, FM Logistic, Odratrans and PEKAES. He participated in logistics projects for many international companies (Auchan, Benckiser, Cadbury Wedel, Carrefour, Danone, IKEA, Kellogs, Kodak, Tetley, Procter & Gamble, Wasa Barilla). Wojtek specializes in recruitment for managerial positions, with particular focus on logistics, transport & forwarding, and retail sectors. He is the originator and animator of the annual Forum of Logistics Practitioners and a member of the Pro-Logistics Association. Michał has ten years of experience in the HR consulting sector, in leadership position. He worked for international recruitment agencies. Michał has experience in recruitment from specialist positions to Top Management. He has rich experience in such industries as: logistics, energy, construction and real estate. He has successfully completed recruitment processes for international organizations on local as well as international level. Michał has worked in such recruitment agencies as Antal International, Michael Page. Participated in many outplacement projects and took part in Assessment Center (AC) and Development Center (DC) sessions for clients from energy and construction sectors. He has also prepared special payroll reports for the real estate industry. Author of many expert articles, his publications have been included in Transport Manager, Eurobuild CEE, Gazeta Wyborcza, Polish Press Agency. He graduated master studies from the School of Business - National-Louis at the Faculty of Marketing and Management. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree at the American University - National-Louis University. He continued his education at Collegium Civitas, postgraduate studies in political science. Artur Januszewski has been associated with the retail and marketing sectors for over twenty years. He gained his professional experience working in high level positions both in the management and operations divisions at international companies: Makro Cash &Carry, Casino Group, Tesco, EMPiK, Rewe Group. Since 2006 Artur has managed at retail chains in Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and Belarussia. Artur is a valued expert in the development and management of retail chains, in crisis management, in marketing and retail strategies, and also in mergers and acquisitions. Artur is a graduate of SGH in Warsaw. His professional knowledge in the field of management, sales and finance has been developed during extensive training and participation in many courses (Osterreichisches Controller-Institut , SHL).
